Can't get native resolution

Hello,

Downloaded and installed 5.2RC for use with 2 adapters with monitors that have native resolutions of 1680X1050. Worked great prior to install fo these drivers for Win 7. They even worked fine with the drivers win7 initially downloaded 2 weeks ago, but the update this morning maxes my displays' resolutions at 1280X1024.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

Could you please post your displaylink debug directory. It can be found at c:\program files\displaylink core software\debug\

It contains several .log files and some edid files. These will tell us what resolution the software thinks the displays support, and hopefully what is wrong.
