Help!! desktop screen off centre!

Its almost like I have grabbed the screen and pushed it upwards its like half way up the screen..

Can anybody help? Repaired permissions am using v2 software changed resolutions settings

uninstalled and re installed restarted several times but no joy :(

Still no support from Display Link! After all my emails not even 1 response. Shocking! you guys really should test your product thoroughly before releasing them as appose to using us like guinea pigs!
