No video or NIC
 

Hello,

I was previously running Windows 8, and the automatically downloaded driver set with no problems. (Targus ACP71USZ)

I Formatted and reinstalled Windows 8.1. Since then the NIC and video on my docking station were not working. I've recently installed the 7.4 M0 driver set to no avail.

Currently I have one Unknown USB device (USB\VID_0000&PID_0004\6&2589FFE4&0&1)

Can someone please assist?

*edit* turns out the audio isn't working either. I originally didn't notice this because I rarely use this function

odd, many multiple reboots of the docking station seemed to fix this. Here's hoping the problem doesn't come back.
