Seeing a freeze when 10.9.0 or 10.9.1 go to powersave monitors
 

I'm using a late 2011 mba with a single displaylink adapter, with the 2.1 release driver I now see a freeze when the displays are put to sleep. I'm forced to power off the laptop to recover.

looks like it's an interaction with vmware
 

I've been running many different applications to try and bisect any interactions. At this point I can pretty reliably cause this to happen if vmware fusion has been running.
