Display link networkadapter NCM not started
 

Hello,

after having installed the latest driver (DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Windows (8.2 M3)) from the DL support for my new lenovo ultra dock 3.0 my ethernet connection is down.

The device manager says:

I try to translate:

When starting device USB\VID_17E9&PID_4340&MI_05\7&25b7b0c9&0&0005 ia problem occured

Via get drivers in the cmd shell i got the information (sorry, it's in German)

I tried to reinstall the original lenovo driver, which seemed to me older than the DL driver, but my computer would not let me do it. It stated I had already the latest version.

I'd like you to follow the instructions in the 3rd link of my signature to collect some logs using our DisplayLink Support Tool, This will provide me with some more in depth information to assist in diagnosing the issue.
