Dell D3100 dock worked for 10 seconds
 

Dell D3100 with Dell 7000 2-in-1 with i-7 6500u, 8GB Ram, 256ssd.

Loaded the Dell software with drivers, plugged in all 3 monitors to dock and connected to the USB. All the monitors popped up on the display settings screen and the 2 hdmi connected monitors worked, unplugged the display port connected monitor and plugged in and then all 3 plus laptop screen worked for about 10 seconds. now only the laptop screen is seen in display settings. Can't get them back and don't know why. Anybody have any ideas?

The software the dock manufacturer ships with the product they make could be outdated.
Could you look at my forum signature that explains how to provide of files for analysis.
