MacBook Pro 13' M1 Monterrey 12.5 DisplayLink 1.7.1
I while ago bought a Totu TT-DC002A Usb-C Triple Docking Station, with 2 DP and 1 HDMI. It works perfectly with Big Sur in my office.
Yesterday I received a TOTU TT-DCA001-A, with 2 HDMI and 1 DP. I updated the OS to Monterrey. I have at home 3 monitors Asus VG249Q1R, it seems only detect one of the monitors(I see it in the System Preferences/Display), but not displaying anything. I tried resetting the graphic card, setting the Mhz to 60, resolution as well, changing HDMI and DP cords. Nothing seems to be working at all. Its a shame that such fine, expensive, and expensive products like TOTU and MAC are now not syncing or working at all. Any advice what can I do? I hate working at home with one the monitor from the MacBook pro. |

My impression based on your description is that the 'Totu TT-DC002A Usb-C Triple Docking Station' you have is the 'TOTU 16-in-1 Upgraded Quad Display Docking Station' --> https://www.mytotu.com/products/totu...ocking-station My impression based on your description it that the 'TOTU TT-DCA001-A, with 2 HDMI and 1 DP' you have is the 'TOTU 12-IN-1 TRIPLE DISPLAY USB-C HUB WITH DUAL HDMI&DP' --> https://www.mytotu.com/products/totu...-c-hub2hdmi-dp Please correct me if I am mistaken. Presuming for the moment that my understanding is indeed correct, the TT-DC002A docking station (the product that is working) does indeed have DisplayLink technology inside of the product. However, the TT-DCA001-A adapter does NOT appear to have DisplayLink technology inside of it. As a result, DisplayLink will not be able to assist you with the TT-DCA001-A adapter. |
