Extreme Lag, cannot use laptop connected to the docking
 

Hi,

I just recently bought the 3900 plugable docking station for my HP Elite Book 745 G3, 8.1 drivers installed, when connected, the whole OS tasks begin to work slowly, videos on youtube, mouse lagging, taking ages to open word (taking into consideration that I'm using an SSD drive), so I disconnected the docking and everything went to normal, fast responses, all works smoothly, Does any one know how to fix this?

Security Updates 32138986 is already installed on the machine.


I'm running Windows 10, 8GB of ram and 256 SSD.
