DisplayLink Forum - DisplayLink Drivers Not installing, Error 0x2

I'm trying to install the 64-bit DisplayLinkCore.msi file with an msiexec command on Windows 7, 64-bit Enterprise machines, but I'm getting the following error:

However, I don't know what the exact issue is.

Does does anyone know why the DisplayLinkCore.msi (from the generic corporate installer) isn't installing?
