The (lack of) communication from DisplayLink is PATHETIC
It's been over FOUR MONTHS since anyone from DisplayLink has bothered to post any updates or answer any questions on this forum. I am absolutely SICKENED by their lack of support. I feel like we've all been RIPPED OFF.

I agree 100%. I tried emailing them SOOOO many times, and NO RESPONSE?!?! I pay to get a GOOD product that actually WORKS properly!! DisplayLink operates such a BAD business. Their customer support has to be the WORST I have ever seen. Even the other "bad" companies seem like they are perfect compared to DisplayLink. At least they could respond to the people who have purchased their product. Instead they abandon ALL mac users and ignore us. What a scam.

Funny how a moderator is responding to questions and issues on the Windows forum but not here. I just posted on that side so let's see if we get anywhere.

I got a reply from Displaylink on Twitter. I posted "Having some problems with my displayink product" about 4 months ago. They only @ replied me 18 mins ago?! And their answer was "Check the newest drivers". SOO USELESS!
