Windows-Explorer crashes

Since I have installed displayLink, windows-explorer crashes very often, sometimes on showing file-list, somtimes on moving cursor through the list. Windows reports error in dlum64.dll and the following:

Same problems have been with old driver-Version too.

This could be fixed in the final v5.3 release, which should be available next week. Please try the released v5.3 driver when available.

New driver does not help

I just uninstalled one version of the driver and tried a video folder. Everything is working fine (Win7 64-Bit). After installing the latest driver version, it's crashing again...

It's getting really annoying...

5.3 M2 appears to have corrected this problem
 
I just installed the 5.3 M2 release and it appears to have corrected my crash in explorer when looking at a directory full of media files. I'm running Win7 x64.
