i've found temporary decision this problem, when turn off pc and turn off electricity on ~10 seconds, then turn on your pc and in windows my first display determined as ASUS WV223B and resolution...

now after every reboot resolution reset to 1600x1024 and i manually install 1680x1049 (make it easier) again in nvidia control panel, after reboot resolution again 1600x1024.

In Windows Vista when i install DisplayLink Software my monitor (Asus VW223B) get native res (1680x1050) in desctop and in games too (using vga connection).

In Windows 7 when i install DisplayLink...
