I uninstalled the display link driver and rebooted. I've upgraded to a 2540x1440 monitor for my center monitor and am using a second 1920x1080p monitor. I'm happily using the Mission control and work...

My band aid fix was to not use mission control to move to a new workspace. I upgraded to Mac OS Sierra this morning.

I moved my DVI cables and swapped connections so my middle monitor has the 60hz...
