Yep lots of apps....
From the simple alarm clock to Halo. Over half of my apps. I had to stop using displaylink for Halo....not my proudest moment. They will have it fixed soon they seem to be a fairly responsive...

Problem Solved
Logitech M325 Mouse (Unify) works - RDP now across multiple screens AND mouse cursor works. It was a Microsoft 5000 that didn't work. Thxs James

Some answers
Surface is set to 1920 x 1080 and the HP monitor is 1680 x 1050 (recommended) and have also tried 1920 x 1080 with no difference.
Mouse type is Microsoft Blue Tooth Network Mouse 5000.

thanks but mouse pointer problem now!!
That really helps and fixes my RDP over multiscreen issue - however I lose my mouse pointer. Crazy part is - if I'm in the RDP window I have a pointer - if on the local machine can't see the pointer...

A couple issues
I can no longer spread my RDP over multiple screens after the Win 8.1 preview. It also seems like my monitors are scaling different than before - but I can't really say exactly how - I just notice...
