Solved the issue. I'm not sure if is related to the update or multiple reboots.

Now just sometimes after sleep take too long to show the 3rd monitor or few times I need to unplug and plug again...

Tried your workaround without success. If the computer return from the standby with the DisplayLink already connected, do not recognize the 3rd monitor. If I go to the Display > Arrangement shows...

Even if sleep and wake-up again disconnected the issue persists.

Issue when wake from standby

When wake from the standby the displaylink monitor comes with black screen (Not accessible by the mouse).

This use to work before.

No background image on the displaylink monitor

That's an low priority bug, but I cannot set the desktop background on the monitor served by the displaylink.
