Try going as low as possible with the resolution...

Try going as low as possible with the resolution on all of the monitors and work your way up until the device stops working... report back what resolution you can get before it ghosts out.

Simply go to your computer manufacturers website and download the drivers for your model. If it is a custom build you should have a disk.

Outside of that, make sure your resolution is set to...

DisplayLink doesn't support a resolution that great.... It seems any "measurement" greater then 1200 will not work.

We should have been told this... this hardware is simply sub-par for today's...

I figured it out... it is because DisplayLink doesn't support a resolution that great.

If I turn down the resolution, the display magically turns on as soon as I hit apply. Isn't a monitor type...

I too have an Acer 1600x900.. doesn't work at all... other monitors will work... Bought 5 monitors, and 5 "DisplayLinks" and they won't work on any new acer.
