I've since got a replacement unit sent out to me...

I've since got a replacement unit sent out to me by the Amazon seller, which was easily done.

Plugged it in, turned on, all good. I notice a couple of minor differences with the previous device...

That's a bummer. I bought from Amazon UK.

There is no other markings on the adapter itself, it just says "USB 2.0 Display Adapter" and the same on the reverse. No manufacturer as such it seems.

Uninstalled & re-installed DisplayLink drivers 2.1 twice now.

Restarted a bunch of times.

And I have no LED light on, no...
