DisplayLink Drivers Not installing, Error 0x2

I'm trying to install the 64-bit DisplayLinkCore.msi file with an msiexec command on Windows 7, 64-bit Enterprise machines, but I'm getting the following error:

Could I instead change the DisplayLinkUpdater.ini file?

Currently it has this in it:

CheckFrequency=7

Could I instead change it to:

CheckFrequency=7000

I'm doing a corporate install to both 32 bit and 64 bit machines. I've downloaded the Generic Corporate Installer (a zip) and read the Corporate Installer PDF.
