I bought 2x

I installed the driver you have released in

Once i plug the usb inside it just keep disconnecting. When i look on device management its not present here.
i followed your guide for the issue:

still no luck.
I updated every driver from laptop manufacture which is Medion, the direct link to the drivers is:

still no luck.
So i tried running your tool that gather information and hope you can help me in the near future so i can avoid requesting a refund from Amazon.
