Nothing obvious stands out from the logs.
The crash dumps which were pre-installing the drivers tell me that various items on your PC have crashed in the past including the AMD graphics drivers and Hauppage software.
For now can you try removing your adapter, uninstalling your DisplayLink software, downloading and running the cleaner tool from here

http://www.displaylink.com/support/downloads.php and reconnect the adapter?
