Thanks for your report. Unfortunately it's not a known issue. Could you please use debug tool here
http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269 and do the following step:
1) Open DisplayLink Information tool and change log verbosity to DEBUG (Menu Advanced ->Log verbosity->Debug)
2) unplug and re-plug your DisplayLink adapter
3) try to move a window on the DisplayLink screen for few seconds
4) Collect the debug info and post the output file here
