I typed a reply to this thread but it seems to have been lost somehow.

Regardless, what you've seen with the deleted dlls returning is expected. We've done a bit more investigating here and it seems this is not the cause of this issue so I suggest there's no need to delete/rename these dlls to see if it helps.

More when we have it...
