It also seems that PhysX is disabled completely on my GTX 460 when my USB monitor is plugged in. Unplugging the monitor, enabling PhysX via the Nvidia control panel, then plugging the monitor back in re-enables PhysX processing on the 460, but only until Windows reboots.
