Surface is set to 1920 x 1080 and the HP monitor is 1680 x 1050 (recommended) and have also tried 1920 x 1080 with no difference.
Mouse type is Microsoft Blue Tooth Network Mouse 5000.
Surface is the primary display and the HP is extending. Under normal settings I have a mouse cursor but cannot do multiscreen RDP (worked in 8.0).
When the following is done:
"To disable the (broken) screen scaling do the following:
Note that you will be required to log out for the changes to take effect
Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Display
Put a check on "Let me choose one scaling for all my displays"
Then set the "Change the size of all items" to "Smaller - 100%"
Click Apply"
...I end up with multiscreen RDP but no mouse cursor on either monitor UNLESS I'm in the RDP window. If this makes no sense I can send a video or call you and we can remote control. Cause I love my multiscreen RDP and use it many hours a day.
