I tried this but without luck.
The drivers installed, but after that the USB 3.0 port on my X1 Carbon stopped working. No recognition of connected devices.
Rolled back the driver and that "normal" state was restored.
However, my dock (Lenovo USB 3.0) is nearly not working as intended. Laggy, slow, disturbed image quality, rendering issues and so on.
Running that latest M3 drivers (this actually seems to have made everything worse).
The solution for me is to connect one monitor by VGA and just running the dock as a port-replicator for other USB devices. This works ok, but I bought the dock to give me multiple monitors, not as a USB hub.
