Did you have the XPS lid closed so only the displaylink displays were active? No

I know on my older system the NVidia driver are definitely not 331.65 - Which is why I mentioned it as a potential source of problems

Were you able to wake the black monitor by starting an app that needed user account control permission? No luck, rolled back to 331.58 and its working as expected.
