Systemd vs. upstart
I'm new to this sw, but looking through the installer, I see it test for systemd or upstart.
I suspect it has detected that you have a systemd system, and have created /lib/systemd/system/dlm.service instead. Do you have this file?
I have Kubuntu 17.04, and have the file in /lib/sytemd instead of a upstart skript.
Do the package work?
