You have one of our adapters (Plugable Technologies) - so please feel free to come to us for support, rather than directly to DisplayLink. Email support@plugable.com anytime.

What you're doing with posting here is great, but we'll also be able to:

1) Make sure your not stuck with hardware that isn't working - if it looks like a problem that will take a while to solve (an updated driver), we're more than happy to process a refund until/if the problem you're seeing is solved
2) We'll follow-up with DisplayLink and track the progress, keeping you up to date.

Looking at your report here, there's a real problem and so we'll definitely be following up, whether you contact us or not. But we'd appreciate an email, so we can help you in the interim.
