Hello,

That error is a low level error and cannot be related to a driver issue.
The device must be recognized for Windows to know which driver to select.

Recommendation is to look at the hardware/cables of devices connected to the dock. As you mention that everything on the dock works properly, then this is likely to be a device connected to the dock that cannot be enumerated and reports an error.

I'd remove all USB devices from the dock, then connect them one by one to the dock to see at which point the error starts appearing.
