Hope this helps!
I have been using the DisplayLink software for a few years now with the same configuration which has two (2) Dell 2009W monitors rotated 90 degrees (portrait) and have had no issue until I did a fresh installation on my new MacBook Pro (13" March 2011).

I used the Display Rotation software mentioned by seba108 and that worked perfectly! Hope that the DisplayLink guys can figure this out as I don't like having to run separate software just to rotate my monitors :/
