Unhappy Experiencing the same issue (times 2)

Windows 10 Enterprise
Version 1607 (Windows AU)
OS Build 14393.0

Device (I know it is EOL):
IOGear GUC2020DW6

Software Driver:
DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Windows (8.0 M3)

Error Message:
This device cannot start. (Code 10)

The process hosting the driver for this device has terminated.

Driver Version
8.0.762.0

Hardware Ids:
USB\VID_17E9&PID_0059&REV_0102
USB\VID_17E9&PID_0059

Notes:
I was on Windows 7 Enterprise this morning and just upgraded to Windows 10 this afternoon
Both DisplayLink adapters were working flawlessly on Windows 7

Uninstalled and reinstalled both DisplayLink Driver and USB Controller on Windows 10 when I noticed my two additional monitors were not working

No BIOS update for my machine
No GPU (Intel) update for my machine

Uninstalled the DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Windows 8.0 M3.exe completely and tried to just allow Windows to find the correct driver but it produced the same error of not being able to start.

Unplugged all DisplayLink devices both from DVI and USB
Uninstall DisplayLink USB Device including driver
Reinstalled DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Windows 8.0 M3.exe

Still the same issue occurs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

UPDATE 11/14/2016

I took one of the two devices that were not working on my PC as work (After the Windows 10 Enterprise AU Update) and plugged it into my Windows 10 Professional AU without downloading any drivers and Windows Update found and installed the drivers just fine. **No more error code**

So I am not sure if there are some remanence of the old DisplayLink Software that I was not able to find in the registry that may be causing this issue for me at least. I am getting a new PC tomorrow for my work so I am not too worried about it right now I just wanted to update you and let you know what I had found.
