I have a Mac Mini and just got a plugable uga-2k-a and installed 1.6.
After installing the drivers and plugging in the monitor, the monitor is not detected. |

I have the same problem. Macmini core 2 duo running 10.6.8 with 1.6 installed. The Arkview display adapter was available and recognized under the USB tab of the system profiler; however, the display preferences would only list my main monitor.
I tried the same setup with 10.6.8 running on a macbook. The same display adapter worked fine and provided output to my second monitor. Macmini problem? |

Hi there,
got the same issue. Tested nearly every combination of OS version and driver version (Leopard, Snow Leopard, Lion vs. driver 1.5 as delivered per default, 1.6). I was not able to download Lion beta driver 1.7. I also deinstalled the drivers, checked disk permissions via DiskMgmtUtility and installed it again, - but without any result! Using Display Adapter USB 2.0 UG19 with up to 2048x1152px. Any quick help highly apreciated, as I am getting more and more frustated about this product! Many thanks! Cheers all Jack |
