Default Windows 1607 DL 165

Hi dear!
This is South Korea
I was using an ABCO 3190 wireless display device using DL 165 on Windows 10 1511.
I can not use it after updating Windows 10 1607.
I'm using DL 7.9M7 on Windows 10 1511 and after Windows 10 1607 update
DL 7.9M7 is automatically updated to this 8.xMx version and ABCO 3190 does not work.
In Korea, there are about 10000 users of ABCO 3190 using DL 165,
As Windows 10 updates, almost all of them are unavailable.

In Windows 10 1607, ABCO 3190 using DL 165 does not work even if all 8.0Mx 8.1Mx 8.2Beta drivers are installed and used.

Hello and welcome,

Would you please be able to look at Device Manager? Is the device appearing? Do you see an error?

Also, could you please use our Customer Support Tool to create the ZIP file with the information to debug?

I believe you are seeing the Code 10 error described in http://support.displaylink.com/knowl...rticles/942862.

Kind regards,
Alban
