VT4900 DisplayPort Lag Issues

There are some lag issues Im having.
Dock : VT4900
Macbook Pro
U28E510 Display
U28E590 Display

Monitors are almost identical but it only happens on the display port monitor. I can and would like to plug in both via DP cable but the lag is unusable.

-First I can say, at night, the night shift only works for the HDMI monitor and not the display, its weird having one really bright monitor and the other correct

-I also notice it doesn't select the correct color profile for the monitor and when I change it, it auto changes back - still DP cable monitor. It still lags so Im hoping its all the same issue.

- I also notice that under display prefences it has my monitor listed as 61-inch when it is the same 27.5 as the other monitor.

Overall all the issues are on the DP connected monitor and it has to do with the DP. Again, they are basically the same monitor and will act worse if I plug both in via DP ; I have troubleshooted it to the point of it being a 'display port connection driver' issue.
