Exclamation Monitors Mirroring not Extending

I recently purchased a 2016 MacBook Pro and a Dell WD15 USB C. Plugging in one monitor to the dock works great, but if I plug in a second monitor (either over VGA or HDMI) it shows up as mirrored. My laptop monitor will show display 1, the second external monitor will show monitor 2, and the third external monitor will show monitor 2 as well.

In system preferences, only two monitors are displayed. I have tried both the stable and beta versions of the DisplayLink drivers.

Any suggestions to get the dock to work or do I need to send it back to Amazon?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Max,

The WD15 is not based on DisplayLink, you may want to ask Dell for support or to swap it out for a DisplayLink-based device.

Best regards,

Are you sure about that? I read several reviews on Amazon's site that said to download the DisplayLink drivers. Do you know if the D1000 (USB 3.0 model) does?
