I have the same Issue.
It happens, when playing Call of Duty 5.
I have 1 GraphicCard (ATI Radeon HD 4850) with 2 Monitors (24" 1920x1200, 22" 1680x1050). ATI-Drivers 9.8.
I tried to minimize the Details but it didn't help. After uninstalling Displaylink-Drivers (Beta1) it runs on highest settings.

Same problem with Beta2 drivers.
Another game with that problem is Empire Earth 2
