Default Monitors not turning off

Dell M6500 Precision Mobile Workstation
Dell U3011 connected via Displayport
Exsys Ex-1188HMS USB 3.0 Hub connected to USB port

2xDeLock USB 3.0 to Displayport adapter (displaylink) connected to Exsys-1188
-> Displayport to dvi adapter -> NEC MultiSync LCD2080UX

1) The displaylink software does not detect when the LCD2080UX are switched off, meaning the two screens are always available in windows screen setup, extending the desktop, even though monitors are off

2) when shutting down the computer with the LCD2080UX switched on, the screens don't go to sleep. The U3011 does go to sleep.

Anything I can do about?

well, this really is frustrating.

I wrote emails, I opened threads in the forums. Not one time does anyone responsible respond.

No support whatsoever

Hi,

Do you still see this issue if the DeLock adapters are connected directly to your notebook?

Thanks,
James
