Default Windows 10 Anniversary Edition Lag with 168+ plugged in

Hey guys, I just got a new Dell Alienware. Windows 10 Pro, I7 processor, 64gb ram, Nvidia 1060 with 6gb. Computer has the latest drivers and all power settings are to maximum performance. With the 168+ plugged in to a USB 2 and or 3 port causes performance issues when trying to stream Youtube, Netflix or Amazon. If i unplug this monitor the problem goes away.

DisplayLink Manager" 8.1.843.0
Nvidia 378.66 (Latest Driver)

This was NOT a problem on windows 8.1
Does anyone know why this is happening?

Default New Drivers are not always good.

Hi, I'm also facing performance drops with new Nvidia Drivers, therefore I rolled back my NVidia driver and now it performs much better. I'm using 354.53 right now. Adobe Premiere runs quite well on old drivers and not even usable at new Nvidia drivers.
