Default Dell D3100 not works in Asus K53SV

Hi, I'am noob in this tecnology. I have a Dell 3100 and not works on Windows 7 and 10.

I updated the BIOS. I test in Ubuntu, WIndows 7, WIndows 10 ... And only works the USB

No audio, no ethernet, no screens.

Is it necessary to do something more?

Is it possible to is a monitor problem? My monitor only has a DVI connection, I'am using the Dell 3100 adapter.

Dock: Dell D3100
Laptop: Asus K53SV

I attach the windows zip.

Hello,

There should not be even a need to update the BIOS here.

Was the Dell D3100 connected and had the external power on when you gathered the logs?

I can see the computer saw a Dell D3100 in the past, but at the time of the logs, the computer does not see any DisplayLink chip on.
I'm out this week so my colleague will take over.

Kind regards,
Alban
