Default Cursor Lag

Dear All,

I just bought Toshiba DynaDock U3 and using it with my Lenovo Yoga i7 laptop. Everything is perfect, but the only problem is when the cursor moves over the desktop with different colours, there is always lag. (When it moves over just white background, everything is stable and no lags, but when it moves over the displaylink logo of this forum, there is lag.)

How can I solve this issue?

Thanks!

Hi,

Depends on your setup but the following can help:

1. Set your PC to use the High Performance plan in Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\

2. If your mouse is wireless, move the transmitter away from the USB 3.0 port on your PC

3. Update the dock's USB hub firmware to the latest:

Thanks,

Dear James,

Thank you for your prompt response. I already had the latest firmware. I used wired keyboard and mouse. I changed the power setting you suggested. However no chance, it is still the same.

What else can you suggest?

Hi

I have the same issue when connected to USB 2.0, while works fine with USB 3.0. But monitor flickers when connected to USB 3.0.
