Default No Device on USB DisplayLink adapter

Hi all,
I am having problems with my USB DisplayLink adapter; it seems that I cannot get it to work?
In a last resort I have joined the 5.5 beta hoping that it will fix my issue but it has not
I have had this adapter for approximately 6 months and I have had it working before.
I was using version 4.X which came with the adapter when I bought it since then I have made several upgrades to my system; windows, network, bios…. And have also tried upgrading the adapter software to the latest version 5.3.
Per-empting your question Yes I have uninstalled and reinstalled to version 4.X again all the way up to this beta version and none of them are working. Although 5.5 is the only one that has been able to recognise the adapter in the Desktop Device Properties.
I am at a loss as to what is happening.
I have included the USB adapter debug zip file and several screen shots of my configuration in the hope it might further help.

Hope you can help, Thanks in advance.

Does the adapter appear in the Device Manager list?

Thanks

It appears under Display adapters as DisplayLink and under Monitors it is as No Devise.
There is a screen shot you can view with the logs provided.

Hi

Yep - it looks like the software is correctly installed, but your DisplayLink USB device is not being detected by Windows. Can you check with other USB cables/other USB devices/ other PCs to try and narrow down why the adapter is not being detected by the USB subsystem of Windows?

Thanks

Wim
