Hi,

As soon as the issue is seen please attach the output of this tool:
http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269
Once downloaded, please run it and select "Gather Support Information"

It's also worth trying the "System Compatibility Check" to see if anything is flagged up.

Thanks,
James

Hi

I tried all that Intel said. Deinstal all drivers and instal neu driver 10.18.10.3316.
After instaling I tried to install Display Link software. I get info: graphics card driver must be updated.

I run what you sugested and get answer: Display Link instaler has detected 3rd party USB graphic software installed: SMSC

There is no new driver for graphics card ?

Thanks
