Cannot get monitor to work!

Hi,

I cannot get my display link product to work. It shows flashing vertical lines that change colour and position!

I have an imac with a monitor using the dvi out port. I have also now hooked up a Winstars VIEWPLEX UGA (USB) device to a second monitor using the latest software drivers (1.5b6) but does not work. Does anyone know of this problem or of a solution?

I have tried the adapter out on a pc and it works! Not sure why it is not being recognised by my imac!

I've attached displaylink information file!

Hopefully someone can help with this as I really want to make use of this product.
