Installation Failed OS X Lion

New MacBook 2011 installing 1.7B3 fails with an error: "The Installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail".

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Nevermind. I rebooted to restart with no apps open. Performed the install and it worked perfectly. Now I have two monitors!
