Default Windows was not properly shut down

Plugable USB3-HDMI-DVI

Since installing the above on 05/07/13 Windows has crashed at least once every day with the error message that Windows was not properly shut down. On 07/07/13 this happened four times 1416, 1940, 1950 and 2217. In each case the times are random.

I have installed the latest drivers ie 7.3MO (7.3.48949.0)and on 07/07/13 installed the updated Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller suite 1.0.8.251.

Prior to installing the Pluggable drivers I had a perfect reliability and problem history with few exceptions.

After using the 3rd display I turn off the third monitor.

Can you help please?
