It is connected via VGA, so the answer is yes.. connected or not doesn't matter.

I've raised this internally.

Does connecting to the HDMI port make any difference?

Hi,

Can you try disabling the Nvidia GPU in the BIOS and see if that helps?

Unfortunately can't, ASUS doesn't seem to allow that functionality (The BIOS is pretty much change boot order)

Thanks for trying that - can you try disabling the Nvidia graphics through device manager?
