Unhappy Error during installation

Hello,
On windows 7 X64 french, after updating my drivers (OEM) + using the cleaning displaylink tool, during installation, I still have the message : "une opération d'entrée/sortie avec chevauchement est en cours d'exécution".

After validation, another window appear and the install stop after progress barre nearly at 90%.

Microsoft Fixit for install do not find error.

I have read all what I can on your forum et Faq but did find answer.

Hi,

Can you:
1. Uninstall the DisplayLink software
2. Download and run this tool:
http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=297
3. Install the latest DisplayLink software: http://www.displaylink.com/support/downloads.php
4. Connect your monitor to your dock
5. Connect the dock to your PC

Thanks,
James

Hello,
Thank you very much for your answer.
Unfortunatly the install process always stop after 90%
I have decided to reinstall my laptop next week.
I hope that this will solve my problem (in any case, my laptop will be faster after three years of windowsupdate ;-)
Thanks again for you time
Best regards
Bruno
