Default Video Refresh Failing on UM70

I'm using 2 of the 7in UM70s. I'm running into an issue where one of the monitors, never both, fails to refresh when something is happening on the screen. The refresh seems to be delayed by approx. 3 seconds. Can you please advise?

I'm running Win7 Ultimate 64-bit, Aero is enabled, and Aero transparency is disabled (as per some of the other posts I've read in the forum.) If I cycle the monitor, sometimes it will start refreshing, but it is inconsistent, and I would hope to not have to power cycle the monitor all the time.

Please advise.

Thanks & Regards!

Does this issue occur also when Aero transparency is enabled?

Yes. No matter what I do I run into this. Also happens with both 10.12 and 10.9 catalyst drivers.

I tried uploading the file, but am not sure it's working. I get no indication from the web page that the file is or has uploaded. In one case, the page changed to a page that referred to some possible solutions that were not of use.

Please let me know if you rec'd it.

Thanks & Regards!

We haven't received anything. You will see the confirmation on the web page when an email has been sent successfully. Please delete memory.dmp file from the zip file before re-sending it to us.

File with dump removed. I was able to upload it this time since it was quite a bit smaller I assume.

Thanks!

Is it always the same monitor that fails or does each of them fail occassionally?

Also, when it fails, does it disappear from the device manager?
