Default 7.7 beta 2 with Asus UX31

a) no full screen resolution (2560 x ) available - similar to beta 1
b) Mouse works more agile, but becomes slower and slower after a while

so, back to 7.6M2
but after uninstalling the beta driver the 7.6M2 becomes more stable.
Just a perception or true?

Hi,

Thanks for the feedback.

I've raised your first issue internally for further investigation.

Regarding your second issue can you advise on what programs you had open / what you were doing (i.e video playback/web browsing/document editing) when the mouse became slower? Was your second screen mirroring/extending or in another mode?

Did you experience the mouse slowing down with the 7.7 Beta 1?

Do you find that after say rebooting / hot-plugging the dock the mouse latency improves? How long would you say that the mouse remains responsive before slowing down?

Could you help isolate this by running through these steps:
1. Download and run this tool: http://displaylink.com/support/sla.php?fileid=109
2. Select "Advanced Options" and enable "Advanced DisplayLink Logging"
3. Select the "Reset" button
4. Close the tool
5. The next time the mouse slows down please run the tool and select "Gather Support Information"

Thanks,
James
