Hello,

Blurry text usually means the resolution set doesn't match the native resolution of the panel.

The last link in my forum signature explains how to gather the log files with our Customer Support Tool. That tool will create a zip you can upload in your reply. Only DisplayLink employees will be able to download the attachment.

Regards,
Alban

Default Poor Performance

The replies i have seen to the "Blurry on Windows 10" issue are completely unacceptable. the company i work for will not promote the use of this product, if we are not able to get consistent performance our of these docks. I do not see any replies that make any sense for those having, what we know, is obviously a common issue. If you do not have a fix for this, why is there no clear explanation for blurry text on external monitors. THE MOST COMMON setup for the use of these docks is also the most unusable. We would potentially purchase 10,000 of these devices if only there was some honest support.
